Sleeping in your makeup?!

Look, we have all been there. Tired, busy, lazy? Whatever it is. Here are THREE tips that help me, especially during burnout.

#1- Micellar water facial towelettes & pimple patches. 

I keep some on my side of the bed. I have some cute aesthetic ones. I noticed if things are cuter I'm more likely to use them.

#2- Saving scrolling for my night time routine. 

It's starting to feel like a reward. I look forward to catching up online while I do my skin care and teeth routine.

#3- Buying extra pillow cases.

When I wake up in the morning I will immediately take off the pillow case I just slept with and replace it with a clean one I have conveniently stored in a basket under my bed. Changing my pillowcase everyday allows me to start fresh again and yesterdays gunk is not todays problem.
